We have received an email from Nakamura Sensei to let us know that the IOGKF are hosting an online black belt gasshuku on October 3rd and 4th.
This will include a special lecture on Hojo-Undo from Higaonna Sensei on October 3rd.

Classes will be divided into three groups (1-2 Dan / 3 – 4 Dan / 5 Dan and above).
We will work on Heishu Gata (Sanchin, Tensho), senior kata and their bunkai, Oyo bunkai as well as kumite techniques.
